KNUST Changes 2022-2023 Reopening Date for Freshmen and Continuing Students

Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology has amended the 2022/2023 academic calendar for Freshmen and Continuing Students.

According to the Management, Continuing students were expected to arrive on Saturday 7th January 2023 to mark the beginning of the first semester for the 2022/2023 academic year. 2022/2023 Freshmen were also expected to report on the 1st / 7th of January,2023.

Due to some delays and unexpected occurrences, the management of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology has adjusted the 2022/2023 academic calender for freshmen and continuing students.

In an official statement by the management of the KNUST, Freshmen are expected to report on 14th January 2023. In the same publication, Continuing students are to report on 21st January 2023.

Lectures for Freshmen and Continuing students will start on Monday,23rd January 2023.

Other Adjustments

  • Teching – 10 Weeks
  • Midsemester Examination -1 Weeks
  • End Semester Examination – 3 Weeks
