Security and safety on campus are crucial aspects of higher education. Kwame Nkrumah university’s primary concern is to protect students, faculty, and local residents, which is why campus security measures are more critical than ever.
The Abuah-Reginald led SRC as part of its vision to augment security on campus with the help of the Management of the University provided a refurbished HARDBODY pickup to the KNUST Police Command in February 2022.
The SRC president during SOSA has also made another request/promise which seeks to Strengthen Security During Examination. According to him, a request for an extra vehicle(s) will be made to help beef up security during exams.
